Standard shipping is offered at no extra charge to destinations supported at checkout. Prices are shown in USD, and any taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout.

Available delivery methods, destination coverage, and any delivery estimate are confirmed by the checkout options available for your order. Please check the shipping destination and selected product options before paying.

Returns and changes of mind

Before cutting or installing a product, review the product details and contact us if you are unsure about fit. Voluntary change-of-mind returns may have conditions for items that have been cut or installed. Faulty-goods rights and any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights are not affected.

Product-specific checks

Do not cut the outdoor AC drip mat until you have confirmed the safe impact area and the selected size. Keep built-in magnets intact and never use the mat as a watertight cover or over a fan, drain, service panel, electrical component, or moving part.

For the PET panel set, check the intended wall surface and layout before applying the self-adhesive panels.
